Persons unfamiliar with grade distributions and class GPAs may be unaware that
_ Some students remain enrolled in classes to keep financial aid and loans, despite not taking exams.
_ Some last-semester students take a course only to get the credits and aspire to only a D.
_ Some students drift away from their University existence without terminating their enrollment.
The result of all three is that there are low grades that have nothing to do with how demanding a class was or was not.

Here are some of the histograms of grades on past exams. Some points to note are:
        1) The high score is always greater than 95 and is commonly 100, suggesting that these exams are not impossibly difficult.
        2) Distributions for Exam I typically include very low (<50) scores because some students fail to accept that they have to come to class and study to do well in the course.
