Note that the parallel linear inclusions (arrow) in the inclusion-rich calcite extend into the clear calcite. This relationship suggests that the euhedral front (dashed line) of the clear area has engulfed the arrowed linear inclusion, and that the euhedral area at the bottom of this image has formed via recrystallization of the inclusion-rich calcite.
